DMCA and copyright

Last updated: 17 October 2026

www.adultvideo.info is operated by AV-Productions EU. We respect the rights of copyright owners and we act on every complete notice we receive.

Our position under the DMCA

We follow the notice-and-takedown provisions of 17 U.S.C. § 512 and we act as a service provider in the sense of that section. Our designated agent for copyright notices is:

AV-Productions EU, copyright agent
[email protected]
Subject line: DMCA notice

What a notice must contain

  1. a physical or electronic signature of the person authorised to act for the copyright owner;
  2. identification of the work or works you say are infringed;
  3. the exact URL or URLs on this site where the material is located. A search page or a category link is not enough;
  4. your name, address, telephone number and email address;
  5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
  6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner.

Where to send it

Send the notice to [email protected] with the subject “DMCA notice”. A PDF attachment is fine. We acknowledge complete notices within one working day.

What we do

For a complete notice we remove or disable access to the identified material, usually within 72 hours. We inform the source of the material and pass the notice on. If the material came from a licensed catalogue we also raise it with the producer.

Counter-notice

If you are the uploader or the producer and you believe the removal was wrong, you can send a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) to the same address. It must identify the removed material and its previous location, state under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, give your contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction of a court for your district. After a valid counter-notice we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days, unless the original complainant tells us they have started legal proceedings.

Repeat infringement

We block or terminate access for sources that repeatedly upload infringing material.

False claims

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) a person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice can be liable for the damage that causes. Please check before you send.

Outside the United States

Notices under EU, UK or other national copyright rules can go to the same address and are handled the same way.
